Alex Consani who is a trans model was born on born July 23, 2003 as a biological male before transitioning. She is 5ft 11in tall. Alex uses the handle @captincroook to post on the social media site. On her Facebook, she currently has over 2 million followers, and some of her videos have had up to 34 million views.

Alex’s mother works in water conservation while her father who is an Italian works with Guide Dogs for the Blind and in 2015, her mother encouraged her to take up modelling.
Consani went to New York City when she was eighteen years old. She is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. Consani, a transgender person who started hormone replacement therapy throughout puberty and gave herself the name Alex when she was eight years old.
The content creator began modelling at the age of twelve when she became the youngest rans model after responding to a Facebook ad seeking transgender models. She became an IMG Models client in 2019. She was considered the youngest transgender model in the world at the time.

Consani said, “Especially as a young trans girl, I always saw the lack of representation, and wanted to fill the void and show other trans and non-binary people that it was beautiful to be trans, not something to be ashamed of.”
In 2021, Consani debuted on the catwalk for Tom Ford. At the tender age of 20, she has already participated in several runway shows, working with numerous designers such as Versace, Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Coperni, and others.
Alex Consani was a part of the 2018 Victoria’s Secret World Tour fashion show. She got named one of Vogue’s Standout Models in 2023. She was also a part of the Jean Paul Gaultier and KNWLS ad.
In 2020, during the initial phases of the Covid-19 lockdowns, Consani rose to fame on TikTok and gained a devoted fan base on the platform.
She is well-known for sharing funny films aimed at the Gen Z demographic as well as real, impromptu footage shot during her evenings out or with pals.
