When Do New Episodes of ‘Bridgerton’ Come Out? ‘Bridgerton’ Season 3 Part 2 Release Date

Bridgerton Season 3 Part 1 premiered on Netflix this morning, finally giving Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Polin fans everything they’ve been waiting their whole lives for! But what’s with that Bridgerton Season 3 Episode 4 “Old Friends” cliffhanger ending?!? Surely the third season of Netflix’s Bridgerton can’t end like that!!

**Spoilers for Bridgerton Season 3 Part 1, now streaming on Netflix**

Bridgerton Season 3 is the Shondaland adaptation of Julia Quinn’s forth Bridgerton novel, Romancing Mr. Bridgerton. After the events of Bridgerton Season 2, Penelope’s big secret — that she is in fact Lady Whistledown! — has driven a wedge between her and long-time bestie Eloise (Claudia Jessie). Meanwhile, Eloise’s brother, and Pen’s long-time crush, Colin (Luke Newton) has returned from travels abroad, completely oblivious to why his dear friend Penelope is suddenly so cold towards him when the rest of the Ton finds him red hot. Penelope is still smarting from overhearing Colin scoff at the idea of ever courting her. To atone, Colin offers to give Penelope secret charm lessons so she can achieve her dream of getting married so she can have the freedom of her own household. Naturally, the gallant gentleman soon becomes jealous when his lessons start to work…

Bridgerton Season 3 Part 1 ends abruptly with the dreamy conclusion of Bridgerton Season 3 Episode 4 “Old Friends.” Colin finally declares his attraction for Pen and she reciprocates his feelings. The two soon share a passionate embrace in a carriage that gets decidedly steamy. Bridgerton Season 3 Part 1 then ends with Colin asking Penelope if she will marry him or not.

Uh…so what happens next? Will Colin and Penelope live happily ever after? What about Francesca Bridgerton (Hannah Dodd) and her dashing new love interest John Stirling (Victor Alli)? Are Eloise and Cressida Cowper (Jessica Madsen) going to stay friends? Will Violet Bridgerton (Ruth Gemmell) find love with Lady Danbury’s (Adjoa Andoh) brother?!? Is that…it for Bridgerton Season 3?

I have good news and bad news. There is more to Colin and Pen’s love story! There are four more episodes in Bridgerton Season 3. However, Bridgerton Season 3 Part 2 won’t be streaming for a spell…
