The first bump-baring snap showed Hailey cradling her belly and puckering her lips as she posed during golden hour.
She wore a Ssense Pink Butterfly Tank Top ($690) paired with low-waisted baggy jeans to flaunt her curves.
The Rhode founder rocked the pink sequinned crop top for a few photos as she posed outside a home and in a green field.
Another snap saw Hailey lounging outside with her tummy out as she pulled her oversized white T-shirt up to her chest.
She appeared relaxed while sipping on coffee and hiding out in the shade.
Other pictures showed the expectant mother in a selfie from the chest up as she rocked denim overalls while she also shared a sunset snap and a clip of her dog.

On May 9, the Biebers revealed they were expecting their first child together via Instagram.
They shared the exciting news in a slew of photos from their vow renewal ceremony in Hawaii, which saw Hailey donning a Saint Laurent white lace dress with a matching veil.
She caressed her bump while posing with Justin, 30, who kept it casual in a bomber jacket, black jeans and a baseball cap.
The Victoria’s Secret model is reportedly six months pregnant, which means baby Bieber may arrive by the end of the summer.
While the couple, who wed in 2018, have stayed under the radar for the past few months, they were spotted walking around Los Angeles, Calif., on Tuesday.
For the outing, Hailey wore a white crop top, an oversized black Balenciaga blazer, black pants ($900) and black Proenza Schouler loafers ($825).
