The 2024 Summer Olympics have officially kicked off in Paris. Thousands of athletes from around the world will go for the gold in the City of Light starting this week, with events including gymnastics, soccer, tennis, basketball, and newer events like breaking, kayak cross, surfing, and skateboarding.
