George Santos enjoys fun day at Universal Studios

Disgraced former Rep. George Santos had an “epic” day at Universal Studios in Florida this week, posting carefree pictures online of himself and his hubby having a blast despite a looming federal trial.

After being exposed as a serial fabulist, the ex-GOP congressman who was expelled from Congress in December and is currently facing federal fraud charges took in a nice day at the park with his husband Matt and pals Mike Harlow and David Leatherwood.

“Epic day at Universal with George Santos,” Harlow wrote in an Instagram post Friday. “The homocons are taking over,” he added — using a popular slang term for gay conservatives.

Photos of the jaunt show Santos smiling at the Universal’s Islands of Adventure and inside The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — where Santos was particularly tickled by Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, Leatherwood told The Post.

“We originally had plans for me to visit his office in D.C. but it never happened,” Leatherwood, a longtime Santos chum, told The Post. “He was in Florida so he hit me up with an invite to Universal. Of course I couldn’t turn it down,” Leatherwood said.

Leatherwood, a conservative activist, claimed Santos was repeatedly recognized by well-wishers in the park.

Santos later posted on X that he was in Orlando for “some work meetings and some scheduled appointments and appearances” and that he “took some time to enjoy the parks with Matt and some friends.”

“Here’s the brake [sic] down… Matt and I love roller coasters… our favorite of all time is the Velocicoaster at Island of Adventures. We also love all the Harry Potter rides and their high tech immersive experiences. So I will never pass at a roller coaster, no matter how high or how fast or how crazy it goes,” he the ex-lawmaker wrote.

Santos twice hung up on The Post after being reached by phone.

Since leaving Congress, the former lawmaker has reinvented himself as a Cameo star — where he occasionally dresses up as his drag queen alter-ego ‘Kitara Ravache.

He briefly considered another run for Congress before abandoning the idea. Santos is set to stand trial in September, but has spoken openly about his desire to seek a plea deal which allows him to avoid prison.

If convicted on all charges, he faces 22 years in prison.
