The “Saved by the Bell” alum, 51, requested sole custody of the kids, but McDermott hit back Monday by asking for joint physical and legal custody in court documents obtained by Page Six.

The “Due South” alum also asked for spousal support and that the court bar Spelling from seeking the same.

While McDermott also cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split, he listed their date of separation as July 7, 2023, while Spelling had listed it as June 17, 2023.

Spelling officially filed for divorce from the Canadian actor on March 29 — nine months after he announced their split. The former couple do not have a prenuptial agreement.

McDermott later shared that he and Spelling hold no animosity toward each other, telling reporters the day of her divorce filing, “It’s been a long time coming, but T and I are good.”
