Biden won’t participate in debates sponsored by nonpartisan commission

President Biden challenged former President Donald Trump to go head-to-head in two debates before the election — but only if they are on his strict terms.

“Donald Trump lost two debates to me in 2020, and now he wants to debate me again,” Biden said in the fiery video released Wednesday.

“Well, make my day pal,” Biden, 81, added.

The Biden campaign challenged the Republican frontrunner to two debates – one in June and another in September, before early voting.

“I hear you’re free on Wednesdays,” Biden chided, referring to Trump’s ongoing criminal trial in New York, which is on recess Wednesdays.

The Biden camp also proposed a vice presidential debate for July.

The Trump campaign had long asked Biden to commit to debates in the 2024 cycle.
