Bailey Zappe, the Kansas City Chiefs’ newly signed quarterback, is now looking to sell his home in Massachusetts, The Post has learned.
Zappe, 25, was released by the New England Patriots last month. He’d been with the team since 2022.
His home, in the approximately 11,000-person Boston suburb of Norfolk, features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a two-car garage and a total of 1,995 square feet of space. It is set to ask a hair under $900,000.
Douglas Elliman’s George Sarkis will rep the listing.
The home, listing materials describe, is a “picturesque gem built in 2023” that is “ideally situated at the end of a cul-de-sac,” with tiered and pitched roofs, a humble front lawn and a driveway leading to the garage.
Up the stairs and past a quaint front porch is the entry door, through which one enters into the foyer and then the generous main living room. Off of this is the center island-equipped kitchen, as well as garage access, a half bathroom and the stairs.
On the second floor is the laundry as well as the sleeping quarters, with one full bathroom dividing the two secondary bedrooms. In the primary bedroom, there’s an ensuite bath with dual sinks, as well as a walk-in-closet.
The lower level is “awaiting your ideas to be finished and add even more living space,” notes the listing of the basement.
Throughout the interior are high-end finishes, hardwood floors and custom built-ins.
Outside, there is a fenced-in backyard, and the Village at Norfolk area offers numerous communal green spaces and walking trails.
